Beware of Fraudulent Websites

YF Life (the "Company") has become aware that fraudsters are/were operating fraudulent website(s) ("Fraudulent Website(s)”) which may look very similar to the Company's official website. The Company’s official website is at yflife.com. Please do not conduct any transaction on Fraudulent Websites through suspicious third-party weblinks or websites. The Company has reported the case of Fraudulent Website to regulatory bodies. Any customer or member of the public who has encountered a suspicious Fraudulent Website, please call the Company’s Customer Service Hotline on (852)2533 5555 or (853)2832 2622.
If you have fallen prey to a scam, please immediately report to any local Police Station or contact Anti-Deception Coordination Centre of the Hong Kong Police Force by calling the Anti-Scam Helpline 18222/ Macao Judiciary Police Anti-Fraud Enquiry Hotline 8800 7777.

e-Communication Service Terms & Conditions:

By registering for the e-Communication service, I understand and agree that: 

  • No hard copies of the documents stated in the following list will be issued until YF Life Insurance International Ltd. (“the Company”) has received a request to cancel the e-Communication service from Policy Owner. Policy owner should check email regularly and activate notifications for YFLink in order to receive e-documents.
  • Whenever a document is uploaded onto the YFLink Document Library, it is deemed to be successfully delivered.
  • If notification delivery fails due to an invalid email address, the Company will not be held responsible for any loss incurred nor will it reprint a hard copy. Policy Owner should inform the Company as soon as possible in the event of any change of email address and/or mobile phone number.
  • The Company reserves the right to update the following list without prior notice.
  • When opting to cancel the e-Communication service, a policy owner should submit a written request through their consultant or contact our Customer Service Officer.
