YF Life will never ask you to provide bank, credit card, investment, insurance, MPF account, or other personal information through SMS, phone calls, or email links. If someone claiming to represent YF Life makes such a request, do not reply, click on any links, or provide any personal, credit card, or sensitive information to avoid potential losses. To verify the identity of a YF Life representative contacting you, please call our Customer Service Hotline at (852) 2533 5555 (Hong Kong) / (853) 2832 2622 (Macau) for assistance. If you have fallen prey to a scam, please immediately report to any local Police Station or contact Anti-Deception Coordination Centre of the Hong Kong Police Force by calling the Anti-Scam Helpline 18222/ Macao Judiciary Police Anti-Fraud Enquiry Hotline 8800 7777.

Additionally, YF Life has joined the Short Message Sender Registration Scheme that is managed by the Office of the Communications Authority (OFCA).
