Notification of Change of Company Name

Our company name as registered with the Hong Kong Companies Registry has now been changed to “YF Life Insurance International Ltd.”「萬通保險國際有限公司」. As regulatory approvals of the new company name in relevant regions are pending, the Company will continue to use the existing company name “MassMutual Asia Ltd.” 「美國萬通保險亞洲有限公司」until completion of the necessary approvals. An announcement will be published on our Company website shortly after approval and the appropriate notices will be issued to policyholders.
Clients may rest assured that the Company will take full responsibility for paying out benefits and claims relating to all policies issued during the transition period under the company name of “MassMutual Asia Ltd.”「美國萬通保險亞洲有限公司」. The change of company name will have no impact on the benefits of existing policyholders, and the terms and conditions in the policies will remain the same and in force.
