YF Life opens brand-new Customer Service Center in Harbour City, Tsimshatsui to cope with business expansion

On October 8, in line with its business development strategy, YF Life opened a brand-new Customer Service Center to provide customers with more comprehensive, efficient and professional insurance services. The service center is well situated at Harbour City, Tsimshatsui, conveniently located near a major transportation hub. The décor is characterized by a contemporary minimalist style, with the use of wood creating a natural and relaxing ambience.

Located at 12/F, Tower 6, The Gateway, Canton Road, Tsimshatsui, the new Customer Service Center is set in a tranquil and comfortable environment, with separate meeting rooms and a refreshment kiosk, where customers can enjoy a range of services provided by Customer Service Officers, including policy enquiries, underwriting services and payment services.
